Young chef Mathieu Pacaud trained with is glorious father at l’Ambroisie (3 Michelin stars for over 20years) decided to open his own place for our great pleasure.

Down the Avenue Kleber only few steps from the Trocadero this large venue host a cocktail bar at the entrance, the main room is for Hexagone (awarded of one Michelin star at the 2016 Guide) and Histoires which the Chef’s “laboratory” with around 12 seats and a chef’s table facing the kitchen (awarded of two Michelin star at the 2016 Guide). The atmosphere is definitely contemporary with drawings along the wall and modern furniture.

Regarding the cooking it leans toward the contemporary side for the presentation with some traditional inspiration taken from the Chef’s past at l’Ambroisie.  To accompany the dishes the sommelier will provide good tip with wine selection from the most famous winemaker to rising ones mainly from Burgundy. Service is professional and diligent.
