Gôut de Brioche

The well-known French chef Guy Savoy has recently open his firts Parisian boutique : “Goût de Brioche”.

This monomaniac shop, run by Christian Godard, Guy Savoy’s pastry Chief, responds to the demend of many custumers who loved his mushroom and truffles puff biroche served in his 3 Michelin stars restaurant with the artichoke and truffle soupe.

The Puff brioche combines two different pastry techniques, the softness and gourmandise of a brioche and the crustiness of the puff dough… in “French Brioche Feuilletée”, two enchanted words calling to give in to sin of gourmandise.

It does not matter if your are a salty or sweet enthusiast, the chef has declined his “Madeleine de Proust” with many original and delicious combinaisons : Nature, Parmesan cheese, Mushrooms, Pistachios and Apricot, Pink praline… All the Puff Brioche are available in indivual portions or in large brioche to share for six or eight persons.
