Hotel George V

Mun, the new unmissable rooftop restaurant in Paris. Perched above the Avenue Champs Élysées and celebrating Japanese cuisine, this new restaurant from Paris Society is opening its doors just in time for fall. Discover the savoir-faire of chefs Julien Chicoisne and Roland Puse, accompanied by Aurélien Fleury’s cocktails. Leaning toward Japanese cuisine (but not only that), a sushi bar offers sashimi, California rolls, and tataki… The menu combines gyozas, wood-fired yakitori, hamachi carpaccio with avocado and dashi miso, and shabu-shabu style shrimp. The dessert carte is signed by Yann Couvreur.
Very trendy and chic atmopshere.

Frédéric Anton succeeded to Alain Ducasse at the Jules Verne before the pandemic and after months of renovation offering a more contemporary seating to this iconic restaurant. The 3 Stars chef created a brand new menu, still focusing on french cuisine and only working with seasonal and locale products. The plates are graphic, as if food was related with our dear Eiffel Tower. A unique experience.

La Tour d’Argent
Oldest restaurant in Paris, La Tour d’Argent has a common point with the George V as André Terrail, the owner, has managed our hotel in the late 1920s, and lived right across the avenue. La Tour d’Argent is reputed for offering an impressive view over the center of Paris. Obviously, the reputation also comes from the gourmet cuisine that always paid tribute to the French culinary tradition, currently handled by Yannick Franques. Impressive wine list.

Le Ciel de Paris
We could have listed Le Ciel de Paris in our selection of restaurants with a view, though it does not come as high in our selection as it is in terms of location. But what makes it unique is its incredible view from 210 meters high as it stands on the rooftop of Tour Montparnasse, and what you will not see from the Jules Verne is here right in front of your eyes: the iconic Eiffel Tower and a view that extends 40 kms beyond when the weather is nice.
