Cocoa expressions & Chocolat innovations
In 2015, the Salon du Chocolat promises a delicious new edition in the heart of Paris Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center (Hall 5).
The event will host even more international chocolatiers and will be a unique opportunity to discover and taste chocolates that are not found anywhere else. Some 700 participants will gather on a 20,000 sqm exhibition space: 220 chocolatiers, pastry makers and confectioners, along with the greatest chefs, pastry chefs and cocoa experts who will treat visitors with chocolate recipes, conferences and other activities.
The famous sculptor Richard Orlisnki will unveil a 6-meter high chocolate Bear created in association with Christelle Brua, the Pastry Chef of the Pré Catelan.
New for 2015:
From 28th to 30th October, the Salon du Chocolat will host the World Chocolate Masters™ Final: the premium international competition devoted solely to the art of chocolate organized by Cacao Barry®. From 31st October to 1st November, the competition space will become a large podium featuring live demos and educational conferences about the world of cocoa.
